30-day guarantee. Wear the Smart Posture Corrector for 30 days from delivery. If your shoulders don't feel different, email us and we'll refund you in full — and you keep the device. There is nothing to ship back, and it does not need to be unused.
How to start a refund. Email support@nualign.store with your order number and one line about how you used it. We reply within 2 business days.
When you get your money. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take another 5–10 business days to post it.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item. Inspect your order when it arrives. Email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, your choice. No return needed, and we cover any shipping.
If your order never arrives. Delivery takes 8–14 days from purchase. If tracking hasn't moved in 10 days, or nothing has arrived 30 days after purchase, email us and we'll refund you or resend it.
Exchanges. We sell one product in one version, so there is nothing to exchange for. If it isn't right for you, take the refund and keep the device.
European Union — 14-day cooling off. If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel within 14 days for any reason. The 30-day guarantee above applies on top of this and is more generous.
